Acceptance
By creating an account or using Scholexis, you agree to these terms. If you are under 13, you may not use Scholexis. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use another person's account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
Scholexis is for personal academic task management. You may not use it to store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. You may not attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the service.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any data loss, though we maintain regular backups.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.
